What you'll be able to do after this course

Real outcomes, not just knowledge

  • Build a full model from scratch

Build a complete office development financial model in Excel from zero — land costs, development, operations, exit, and debt, all integrated.

  • Nail any REPE technical interview

Walk into any REPE interview and complete a modeling test with confidence. You'll speak the language of investment committees.

  • Understand returns, debt and yield on cost

Calculate IRR, equity multiple, yield on cost and DSCR. Understand how leverage changes your returns and how funds think about risk.

  • Work with a real case study from day one

Every lesson is built around a real office development deal. No fake numbers, no abstract theory — you model a real investment the same way a fund analyst would.

This course is for you if...

You fit one of these profiles

  • You're a finance student

You want the technical edge that separates you from other candidates in REPE interviews and gets you hired.

  • You're switching careers

You want to break into real estate investment and need to prove you can model deals at an institutional level.

  • You work in real estate

You're in consulting, development, or advisory and want to move to the investment side — or strengthen your technical skills.

  • You're an analyst who wants to level up

You build models but never learned the institutional logic behind them. This course fills that gap and makes you the strongest person in the room.
